When I am hyper focused on something, that focus ignores everything else that is needed to survive like eating, resting, and even breathing. So many times I have had to remind myself to take a breath after realizing that I had been holding it in. I swear I can feel the oxygen flood every single cell in my body when I take that first breath after holding it for who knows how long. I feel like I could just float away.
